Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and payment information are handled for AidenTeach. By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Payments are charged in advance and are non-refundable once access is activated. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Once paid access starts, the current billing period is not refunded.

How cancellation works
What typically happens when you cancel an active subscription.
-
1
You cancel in account settings
Turn off renewal from your billing or subscription area, or email support for help.
-
2
Future renewals stop
Your subscription will not renew on the next billing date unless you subscribe again.
-
3
Access continues through paid period
You keep paid features until the current month or term already paid for ends.
-
4
No partial refund for unused days
Remaining time in the billing period is not refunded, even if you stop using the platform early.

Subscription Payments
AidenTeach is a subscription-based digital service. When you purchase a subscription, your account receives access to the paid features included in the plan selected at checkout.
All subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period selected. Once payment is completed and subscription access is activated, the payment is considered final.
No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
This means AidenTeach does not provide refunds because of reasons such as:
- The user no longer wants to use the platform;
- The user did not use the subscription after paying;
- The user believes the platform does not meet their personal expectations;
- The user forgot to cancel before renewal;
- The user selected the wrong plan;
- The user experienced a change in personal, school, business, or financial circumstances.
Because AidenTeach provides immediate access to digital tools, features, and services after payment, subscription fees are not refundable once access has been granted.
Cancellation of Subscription
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
When a subscription is cancelled, the cancellation stops future automatic renewals. The user will continue to have access to the paid subscription features until the end of the current billing period.
For example, if a user pays for a monthly subscription and cancels before the next renewal date, the user will keep access until the current paid month ends. After that renewal date, the subscription will not renew and the user will not be charged again.
Cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period.
No Prorated Refunds
AidenTeach does not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused time within a subscription period.
If a user cancels halfway through a billing period, the user may continue using the subscription until the end of that billing period, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days.
Renewal Charges
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
It is the user’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next renewal date if they do not wish to be charged again.
Once a renewal payment is successfully processed and subscription access is extended, the renewed payment is also non-refundable.
Payment Processing and Card Information
AidenTeach does not store users’ full credit card or debit card information on the AidenTeach platform.
Card payments are processed through the authorized bank/payment gateway used by AidenTeach. AidenTeach does not have access to users’ full card numbers, CVV/security codes, banking passwords, or private card authentication information.
AidenTeach may receive limited payment-related information from the payment provider, such as transaction status, payment confirmation, subscription status, reference numbers, or other information needed to confirm billing and provide account access.
Because full card details are not stored by AidenTeach, AidenTeach cannot view, retrieve, or manually use a customer’s card information.
Billing Errors, Duplicate Charges, or Unauthorized Charges
Although subscription payments are generally non-refundable, AidenTeach will review billing concerns involving possible errors, duplicate payments, failed payment issues, or unauthorized activity.
If a user believes they were charged incorrectly, they should contact AidenTeach support as soon as possible with:
- The account email address;
- The date of the charge;
- The amount charged;
- The transaction or receipt number, if available;
- A short explanation of the issue.
AidenTeach will review the matter and determine whether a correction, account adjustment, credit, or refund is appropriate. Any approved refund or correction may be subject to bank/payment processor rules, timelines, and requirements.
Chargebacks and Reversed Payments
If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, cancelled by the bank, or marked as unpaid, AidenTeach may suspend or remove access to the paid subscription features connected to that payment.
Users are encouraged to contact AidenTeach support first before filing a dispute so the issue can be reviewed and handled properly.
Technical Issues
If a user experiences a technical issue, login issue, account access issue, or feature-related problem, the user should contact AidenTeach support for assistance.
A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund. AidenTeach will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue, restore access, or provide guidance on using the platform.

Common questions
Quick answers to billing questions we hear most often.
If I cancel today, do I lose access immediately?
No. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You typically keep paid access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel before renewal?
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed and access is extended. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Does AidenTeach store my full card number?
No. Payments are handled by our authorized payment gateway. AidenTeach does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords.
What if I was charged twice for the same subscription?
Contact support with your account email, charge date, amount, and receipt or transaction reference. We will review duplicate or incorrect charges.
Will a technical issue qualify me for a refund?
Not automatically. Contact support first so we can troubleshoot, restore access, or guide you. Refunds are not guaranteed for technical problems alone.
Should I file a chargeback or email support first?
Email support first when possible. Chargebacks or reversed payments may suspend paid access while the issue is investigated.
Changes to This Policy
AidenTeach may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the AidenTeach website. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means the user accepts the updated policy.
