Meet Our Founder

Dr. Adriani Coleman

With 18 years of teaching experience, Adriani has gained extensive knowledge within the Belizean education system. Her career spans both private and public schools, teaching at primary and high school levels, as well as working with at-risk youth.

In 2020, she graduated from the University of South Wales with a Master's Degree in Education in Innovation in Teaching & Learning. Her studies focused on innovation in curriculum design, research methods, special education needs, and developing digital competence.

Through her consultancy business, Adriani has been assisting administrators, training over 200 teachers, gathering data, and building effective educational products that address real needs in the Belizean educational landscape.
